The World Innovation Network (TWIN Global) is a connective of innovators who build trusted relationships across sectors to manifest purpose and impact.
Founded in 2003, TWIN includes nearly 3,000 participants from over 30 countries representing business, government, the arts, academia and defense. Our TWIN members—known as TWINians—gather annually for our summit, TWIN Global, and engage online and in-person throughout the year.

Though Dorit and Sam met at TWIN Global 2018, they also had another connection, having been recognized by the media on the same day for their respective accomplishments, Dorit for her research to protect astronauts in space, and Sam having made the Medical Marketing & Media’s 40 under 40 list. Since their meeting, they have formed a partnership to foster breakthrough research and innovation.
When Jack and Alisa met at TWIN, Jack was giving a keynote speech focused on AI deep learning, which attracted Alisa’s attention. Alisa is an entrepreneur constantly working to integrate new technologies into the corporate world, and Jack is a brilliant developer. A partnership was inevitable. They worked together to integrate AI at Alisa’s company, Discover Financial Services, and since then, they’ve stayed in close contact, forming innovative solutions to transform business and the workplace.
Anna and Toby are both co-founders of TWIN that have been working closely for years. Anna started in the energy sector and took every opportunity to excel in a field predominantly populated by men. Toby has helped to guide and support her over the years, allowing her to stay up to date on technological developments and understand the impact they have on the corporate world, since Anna refuses to fall behind in that regard.
After Manoj Saxena and Suraj Madnani Met at TWIN and shared ideas about AI, Manoj invited Suraj to join him on the advisory board of the Responsible AI Institute, then AI Global, which he chairs. Suraj told us that he looks at AI “from a product standpoint and it is close to [his] heart.” Fittingly, his work is focused on supporting the Responsible AI Collab — one of its newest products.
Met at TWIN: Bonnie Speer McGrath, Strategic Business Advisor & Career Strategist at Speer McGrath & Co, and Archelle Georgiou, MD, Chief Health Officer at Starkey Hearing initially met at TWIN Global 2018. Since then, Archelle has joined Bonnie on the board of Children’s Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
