N4BI operates as an innovation flywheel and helps drive progress through research, writing, engagement, and partnerships. As a Fellow for the NAW Institute for Distribution Excellence, Mark helps distributors build foresight to become market leaders in the digital age. At the Colorado Universities Innovation Council as B2B Market Leader, Mark provides innovation learning experiences for students through project teams with business clients and supports collaboration among higher education, industry, and the State of Colorado.

Mark earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBS from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University
