Kristina Libby is a writer, artist and technology executive living in NYC. She currently is the founder of the Floral Heart Project – a COVID memorial initiative — and the Chief Marketing Officer at Hypergiant Industries.

She has been published in the Boston Globe, Salon, Popular Mechanics, Elle, Good Housekeeping, Entrepreneur Magazine, PR News, and others and has appeared in publications as diverse as the NY Post, Cosmopolitan, the LA Times, Entrepreneur, More, Family Circle and many more. Libby is a member of a NATO Working Group on Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure, hosts a breakfast series with New America on Cyberwarfare, hosts a salon series focused on Space and frequently speaks at events around the world.
Most recently, Libby ran SoCu, where she advised clients like 1-800-Flowers, M.M.LaFleur, National Geographic and more. Previously, Libby led consumer PR at Microsoft, taught in the Master’s program at the University of Florida and NYU, ran a social media agency in NYC and worked for USAID’s Food for Peace program.

She received her B.A. from Dalhousie University in English and Political Science and an M.A. in International Security from the University of Denver.
