Kelly Morse Nowicki is a Senior Operations Administrator (SVP) at Mayo Clinic overseeing Food and Nutrition Services, Ethics, Spiritual Care, Palliative Medicine and Hospice operations. Her clinical leadership spans community, inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing facilities, and homebound care. In her time at Mayo, she developed the Mayo Clinic Care Network Health Care Consulting Program, earned her Silver Quality Fellowship, works as an executive coach, and has served as Ethics faculty in the Medical School. Kelly is passionate about patient-centered care, innovative high quality care, and best-in-class hospitality and service.
Kelly earned her B.A. in Comparative Religion and International Relations from Gustavus Adolphus College and her M.A. from the University of Chicago in Clinical and Business Ethics. Prior to Mayo, she was the CEO for the Girl Scout Council in Minnesota and Account Executive for Carlson Marketing Group.
In her personal life she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children hiking, paddleboarding, and kayaking and any sports her children play. She is active in the local food insecurity efforts, coaches soccer and is president of the Minnesota Rush soccer club.
