Chip is the Founder and Managing Member of Mandeville Advisors LLC. He advises businesses, family offices and non-profit entities on fundraising/sales management/client service initiatives, business strategy, strategic planning and business operations. Previously, Chip was Executive Vice President, Head of Client Portfolio Management and Strategic Partnership Relations for NWQ Investment Management Company, LLC, a global, multi-product equity and fixed income asset management firm. At NWQ he: helped to reinvent the firm from a one-product to a global, multi-product firm; oversaw all of the non-investment operations; travelled globally to manage key client relationships. Prior to NWQ, he was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Westbourne Capital Management, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm. He began his career at TCW as an analyst where he was responsible for making investment recommendations in publicly traded companies within a variety of industries. He concluded his tenure at TCW as the sole portfolio manager of a concentrated equity strategy.
Chip serves as a member of the Board of Global Advisors for Novus Technologies Pte Ltd, based in Singapore; a member of the Board of Advisors for TWIN Global, LLC. His non-profit engagements include serving as board member and past Chairperson of the Century City Chamber of Commerce and Chairperson of the Kellogg Alumni Council. Previously, he was the Vice Chairperson of the board of St. Joseph Center, a Venice, CA based non-profit organization which serves low income and homeless men, women and children.

Chip received his Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA and his Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Chip and his wife Ruthie (of 35 years) reside in Los Angeles and have three adult children. FUN FACT: While Ruthie and Chip both attended UCLA and were in the marching band, they actually met each other while working as extras on the television show “The Love Boat.”
