Clyde Tuggle was Senior Vice President and Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer of The Coca-Cola Company from 2008 until 2017, having managed the global public affairs for one of the largest multi-national corporations. During his 30-year career, he held a number of senior management roles including Executive Assistant to former CEO Roberto C. Goizueta and Deputy Division President, Central Europe. In 2003, he was elected Senior Vice President, Worldwide Public Affairs and Communication, and in 2005, returned to Europe as President of the Russia, Ukraine and Belarus Division. In 2008, he was elected Senior Vice President, Global Public Affairs and Communications and appointed to the Company’s Executive Committee.
Tuggle serves on the boards of directors of the Georgia Power Company, and Oxford Industries, Inc. He holds degrees from Hamilton College and Yale University and studied at the Ludwig-Maximillian Universität in Munich, Germany and the University of Virginia’s Darden Business School.
