Chris Autry is the CEO of Iothic, Ltd, a collaboration with Oxford University. Iothic is responsible for the develop of the Open IoT Security Protocol (OISP), the first Internet of Things (IoT) standard protocol. Chris is the principal security advisor for SmartCities to the U.K. government security agencies, the National Centre for Cybersecurity (NCSC), and the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ).

A recognised authority and keynote global speaker on IoT, cybersecurity and innovative technologies, Chris is a serial entrepreneur, who has built and grown three tech start-ups and who has advised major global conglomerates, and multiple PE and venture capital funds on start-up strategies and external investment.
In addition, he has served multiple global organisations in the capacity of CEO, CIO, CMO and CFO, and has conducted business in more than 45 countries around the world over the course of his 25 year career.

Chris holds advanced degrees from the University of Chicago, UC Berkeley, and is currently an MSc/Ph.D candidate at Oxford University in Computer Science. He resides in London, England.
