Christopher Gebhardt is founder of Stir Strategy and Story, specializing in using storytelling to create impact and drive strategic thinking based on the neuroscience underlying both. Recent clients include American Express, Pepsico and Qualcomm and the documentary Unlikely. Prior to creating Stir, Chris was Executive VP at Participant Media, leading digital activation, brand strategy, and Participant’s social impact agency/consultancy. He led the development of digital activation and communities for An Inconvenient Truth, Food Inc, The Cove, Contagion, and other films.
He is co-chair of the Ad Council Issue Advisory Committee, as well as a fellow of Edmund Hillary Fellowship and the RSA, and a member of the Conscious Leadership Guild. Past clients include American Express, Disney, Intel, Qualcomm, Gates Foundation, MacArthur Foundation. Prior to Participant he was with Ogilvy, Pepsi, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
