ABOUT TWIN GLOBAL

TWIN Global is limited to 350 invitation-only delegates. We leverage video and webcast capabilities to expand our reach during and following the event, and we’re expanding our media platform with programming such as 3 Billion Seconds, an in-depth interview series with leaders who are creating the future.

Past keynoters include Nobel Peace Prize winner, Juan Manuel Santos, President of the Republic of Colombia; Admiral James Stavridis, former Supreme Commander of NATO and currently Dean of the Fletcher School of International Law and Diplomacy; Mark Cutifani, CEO of AngloAmerican (a TWIN emeritus board member); John Hickenlooper, Governor of Colorado; Nely Galan, former President of Telemundo USA and media entrepreneur; David Krakauer, CEO of the Santa Fe Institute; Beth Comstock, former Vice Chair of GE; Norm Augustine, former CEO of Lockheed Martin; Dirk Kempthorne, former Senator and Governor of Idaho and US Secretary of the Interior.

TWIN’S HERITAGE

TWIN Global 2018 is the 10th in a series of global convenings held annually since 2009. TWIN’s heritage is the Kellogg Innovation Network (KIN), co-founded in 2003 by Professor Robert C. Wolcott at the Kellogg School of Management. While TWIN has ‘graduated’ from Kellogg, we maintain strong ties with Northwestern University while engaging widely across the Chicago civic community.

TWIN is a “network of networks.” We have well-established affiliates in Japan (Japan Innovation Network) and Indonesia (KIN ASEAN), as well as the Development Partner Institute (DPI) based in Washington, D.C., an independent non-profit which grew out of the KIN’s initiatives to transform the global resources industries. At TWIN Global 2018, we’ll kickoff the expansion of our affiliate network worldwide.
