Our Heritage
TWIN Impact 2022 is 13th in our series of annual global convenings held since 2009. Our heritage comes from the Kellogg Innovation Network (KIN), co-founded in 2003 by Professor Robert C. Wolcott at the Kellogg School of Management. While TWIN has ‘graduated’ from Kellogg, we maintain strong ties with Northwestern University while engaging widely across Chicago’s civic community.
Past keynoters include former president of Mexico, Vicente Fox, Nobel Peace Prize laureate Juan Manuel Santos, former President of the Republic of Colombia; Admiral James Stavridis, former Supreme Commander of NATO and currently with The Carlyle Group; Mark Cutifani, Chief Executive of AngloAmerican (a TWIN emeritus board member); John Hickenlooper, Governor of Colorado; Nely Galan, former President of Telemundo USA and media entrepreneur; David Krakauer, CEO of the Santa Fe Institute; Beth Comstock, former Vice Chair of GE; Professor Philip Kotler, father of modern marketing science and practice.
